Appointments & Deposits

Ink Therapy Studio operates by appointment only to ensure every client receives focused time and quality artwork.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.

  • Walk-ins and same-day appointments may be accepted based on artist availability.

  • All deposits and payments for services are non-refundable under any circumstances.


Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, so please review our rescheduling guidelines carefully:

  • If your appointment must be rescheduled within 14 days (2 weeks) of your original appointment date, the new date must be selected at the time of rescheduling.

  • Failure to reschedule immediately will result in loss of your deposit.

  • Only one (1) date change is permitted per deposit.

  • Any additional reschedules or missed appointments will require a new deposit to book again.


Preparing for Your Tattoo Appointment

To ensure the best experience and outcome, please arrive prepared:

βœ”οΈ Allow enough time in your schedule β€” quality work cannot be rushed, and session lengths are not guaranteed
βœ”οΈ Eat a full meal before your appointment to maintain energy and comfort
βœ”οΈ Bring a valid government-issued photo ID
βœ”οΈ Clients ages 14–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to sign a consent waiver
βœ”οΈ Clients 18 and older must present proper identification
